Exercise
Regular exercise is an important part of a successful weight loss program. The Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans recommends:
- At least 150 minutes/week of moderate-intensity physical exercise or 75 minutes/week of vigorous-intensity physical exercise
- At least two days/week of strength training exercises
